The project:

Ambiente Italia has provided external assistance for the technical planning services of the organization of sweeping, collection and transport of municipal solid waste in the territory of the optimal collection area n. 11 of the province of Lecce.

The service requested by the ARO n. 11 included the preparation of the following documents:

  • Technical-illustrative report with reference to the services and the context in which they are inserted;
  • Consolidated Document for the Assessment of Interference Risks (DUVRl) pursuant to article 26, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 9 April 2008, n. 81;
  • Calculation of the expenditure for the acquisition of the good or service with indication of the security charges not subject to discount;
  • Economic and financial analyzes aimed at identifying the economic expenditure framework necessary for the acquisition of the waste collection and transport cycle management service and other related services;
  • Calculation of charges divided by costs grouped by type of service and by municipality belonging to the ARO;
  • Special descriptive and performance tender specifications;
  • Contract scheme
  • Technical-graphic documents, with detailed maps and relative georeferenced mapping of the various services in the area;

Performed activities:

The Ambiente Italia working group has prepared all the technical-legal documents listed above, which form the basis of the procedure for awarding waste collection and urban hygiene services, in compliance with the regulatory provisions referred to in Legislative Decree No. 152/2006, to the Regional Urban Waste Management Plan and on the basis of the scheme of the Service Charter adopted by the ARO with Resolution GR n. 194 dated 11/02/2013.

The organizational project of the services based on the tender provides for the activation of services complete home collection on display with containers for single users or for condominium users, with pre-set frequencies and possible seasonal variations, with the aim of achieving the 70% separate waste collection.

Specifically, the documentation prepared by Ambiente Italia includes:

 

  • Technical-illustrative report of the actual state of the services and relative criticalities
  • Prequalification announcement and letter of invitation;
  • Special Tender Specifications, including the following annexes (A1 Organizational project of the services, A2 Cartographic representation of the sweeping services: areas involved in the service; A3 DUVRI; A4 Economic and financial plan scheme, A5 List of personnel and vehicles to be transferred, A6 Price list of services)
  • Financial Economic Plan;
  • Contract scheme.

 

The assignment is complete. The tender procedure ended with the assignment of the service.
