Ambiente Italia is a UNI CEI 11352 certified Energy Service Company, able to offer specialized services in the energy sector on efficiency improvement and energy performance monitoring projects, in the civil and industrial fields.

Ambiente Italia technicians, through the analysis of consumption, inspections and possible monitoring, are able to highlight the energy inefficiencies - electrical and thermal - of public buildings or industrial structures and develop tailor-made solutions to reduce them.

The Ambiente Italia team, made up of engineers, physicists and architects, performed over 500 energy diagnoses, providing technical-economic and procedural indications for integration into the design and execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works, rationalization interventions energy, able to satisfy the demand for energy with the lowest consumption of fossil fuels.

We make:

˃ verification of the functionality and performance of the systems, of the thermo-physical characteristics of the building envelopes, of the methods of use of the equipment in use; detailed numerical simulations of loads and electrical and thermal consumption (reconstruction of the energy balance and distribution of consumption in end uses);

˃ detailed simulations of integrated energy rationalization solutions (high efficiency technologies, renewable sources), identification of investment costs and payback times by quantifying the obtainable savings and avoidable emissions;

˃ economic and financial analysis of the interventions, considering access to existing incentives;

˃ continuous monitoring campaigns of electricity and heat consumption;

˃ drafting of the Energy Performance Certificate

˃ development of databases in electronic format aimed at the organization, management and updating of structural, plant engineering and electrical and thermal consumption data of buildings for building stock.

We have carried out various analyzes and efficiency plans for public lighting for public administrations and local bodies, always achieving the goal of limiting consumption and reducing light pollution levels. The multidisciplinary and international experience of the Ambiente Italia team guarantees innovative and highly professional solutions.

We are present and have been part of over 40 projects funded by the European Commission on energy issues, as partners or coordinators.

Ambiente Italia has consolidated experience in the field of planning and implementing integrated training, information and communication programs – within the context of both local and national and international projects – on the topics of energy efficiency, renewable sources, and, more in general, energy and environmental sustainability.

Our courses are aimed at technicians, socio-economic operators, political-institutional subjects, but also at non-expert audiences (citizens and students).

Energy planning is a consolidated tool for directing energy supply and demand, a crucial area for sustainable development.

The Action Plan for Energy and Climate (SEAP) is the voluntary contribution of large and small local administrations which, by adhering to the European initiative "The New Covenant of Mayors", which commits to specific objectives of mitigation and adaptation to climate change by 2030.

The actions identified by individual municipalities or at the supra-municipal area level make the existing governance strategies and tools operational on a local scale.

After the founding experiences of the municipal, provincial and regional Energy and Environmental Plans that began in the nineties, since 2008 Ambiente Italia has supported more than 150 Italian Municipalities in the drafting of SEAP and SEAP, highlighting the energy profiles of the territory and developing concrete strategies to increase the energy efficiency and reduce emissions.

Ambiente Italia has completed more than 60 assignments concerning renewable energy sources for both European and national projects. The services offered include, in particular:

˃ the development of multi-criteria territorial analyzes aimed at quantifying the potential to increase the local supply of energy from renewable sources considering, in an integrated form, the interventions that take into account the need to protect the local environmental heritage; the elements necessary for coordination with the planning tools to which the different sources may be subject; criteria that take their impact on the territory and the environment into consideration in an integrated way;

˃ the realization of technical/economic feasibility studies of plants for the exploitation of renewable sources aimed at assessing the economic and environmental benefits and to coherently address the subsequent phases of design, installation and management;

˃ policy activities aimed at defining strategies at the local level.

Downstream of the energy diagnoses or responding to specific customer needs, production of technical-economic feasibility analyzes of energy efficiency interventions, integration of renewable energy sources, complete with incentive integration and authorization procedure analysis, to accompany the customer to the most appropriate choice.
