CORPORATE REORGANIZATION
In August 2025, Ambiente Italia Srl established a new company to which it transferred its entire business in October 2025. The historic Ambiente Italia company was renamed AMBIT 1995 and placed into liquidation. The new company, Ambiente Italia Srl, then took over all contracts and commercial commitments, ensuring business continuity and maintaining the team, operational resources, and organizational structure unchanged.
