The Incidence Assessment (VIncA) consists of a procedure of preventive character to which it is necessary to submit any plan, programme, project, intervention or activity that may have a significant impact on areas belonging to the Natura 2000 network (BUT IF).

Why is the Appropriate Assessment (VIncA) useful for your organization?

In implementation ofart. 6 paragraph 3 of the Habitats Directive 92/43/EEC, the VINCA is compulsory for “any plan or project not directly connected to and necessary for the management of the site, but which may have significant effects on that site, individually or in combination with other plans and projects”.
